2. Purpose of the work.

2.1. Ensuring efficient ventilation from the retort piercing furnaces SPC section No. 1.
3. The scope of work.
3.1. Dismantling, fabrication and installation according to defective statement (Annex 4)
3.2. Fabrication and installation according to the designs.
3.2.1. Damn. OG 020.13353 (Appendix 2) - Contractor's materials. DN-21 smoke suction assembly with electric motor is supplied by the Customer.
3.2.2. Damn. ST 13353 KW (Appendix 3) - Proceedings of the Contractor.

4. Contractor Requirements:

4.1. The contractor must have all the necessary production and human resources to carry out the job.
4.2. In order to clarify the conditions for the work and to get acquainted with the object, the Contractor's representatives arrive to the Client.
4.3. The Contractor specifies the payment procedure and other terms and conditions in its offer.
4.4. Appendix 1 certification of the supervisor, ITR and occupational safety and health executors at the GCSEs.
4.5. Provide OT and PB measures with safe on-site operations.
4.6. In case of reasonable comments to the staff on the quality of the work performed, safety violations, and administrative violations, at the request of Customer's specialists, the Contractor must replace these workers immediately.
4.7. The work that has not been done in good quality must be redone at the Contractor's expense and delivered to the Customer.
4.8. Placement in sanitary premises of workers employed for this work is performed by the Contractor. The customer, if available, can arrange for workers to be placed on a Contractual basis.
4.9. The Contractor shall develop and agree with the Customer the estimates, the linear schedule of the work, the erp, the PPR and the process maps for all necessary work — within a period of not more than 15 calendar days after declaring the winner of the competition procedure.
4.10. Provide certificates of conformity for materials used.
4.11. Certificate of approval for a certain type of work that has an impact on the safety of capital construction facilities (SRO certificate for the work specified in this Assignment).

5. Work conditions:
5.1. Working at an operating company.
5.2. The works are made from the Artist's materials. DN-21 smoke suction assembly with electric motor is supplied by the Customer.
5.3. Electrical welding and gas cutting equipment and consumables are provided by the Contractor.
5.4. The Contractor provides lifting mechanisms, handling mechanisms, motor vehicles, special machinery for performing the work and delivery of finished products to the site of the work.
5.5. Vehicles for garbage, scrap metal or other waste are provided by the Contractor.
5.6. The work is carried out in consultation with the management of SPC, UE.


6. Place of work:
6.1. Customer and Contractor Territory.
7. Deadlines.
7.1. Dismantling, fabrication and installation are carried out in parallel October-November 2021

8. Payment Terms:
8.1. Payment is made after the work is actually completed within the agreed time frame.
8.2. Advance for the purchase of materials may be provided (as agreed)
9. Warranty period.
The Contractor shall provide the Customer with a warranty of at least 18 months from the date of commissioning.
10. Mandatory requirements and conditions for entering into a contract.
10.1. In the event that the contracting organization's staff (including staffing and number of employees engaged under civil contracts) is less than 10 (10) persons, the contractor's supervisor is required to submit in two copies an appeal containing a roll - call list of personnel before commencing the work under the contract, which is intended to carry out the work under the contract. Copies of civil passports and employment contracts (or civil contracts) signed with the persons in question must be attached to this request.
10.2. As a result of the work under the contract, the contractor, together with the CS-2 Act, provides the customer with copies of the report of the Form NW-M "Information on Insured Persons" and a positive report entry control on the transfer of the report to the territorial authority of the Pension Fund of Russia, signed by the EPC for the period of time specified in the document of Form COP 2 submitted by them.
10.3. In the event of failure to provide the NW-M reports, or if there is a discrepancy less than the number of contractor employees indicated in the previously submitted request, acts KC-2 are not signed by the customer, and the parties to the contract acknowledge that the contractor has not performed the work, and the work is not payable under these acts.


11. Requirements for offers.
9.1. The contractor must specify in the TAP the timing of the work, the cost of the work, and the payment terms.
9.2. Prerequisite: The TAP must be appended:
- Estimates for the amount of work specified in the project documentation, the defective statement;
- schedule of work.

List of documents provided to the OT and PB for the issuance of work permits by contractors:
1. Copy of Certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work
2. Copy of the occupational health briefing from the POR, PPR or RTI Instructions Journal.
3. Copy of the Workers' Occupational Safety Certification Report.
4. Copies of ITR certification certificates for occupational health and general industrial safety requirements. When performing gas work, pressure receptacles using GPMs, lifts (towers), electrical installations, fire works, copies of certificates for each type of work.
5. Staff medical clearance.
6. Copies of certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, cranes, hoists (towers). For gas-electric welders - copies of fire and technical minimum certification reports.
7. All contracting employees, including managers, are required to undergo induction at the HT and PB (carry proof of identity and age) prior to the commencement of the permit all employees must have certified clothing, footwear and other personal protective equipment required to perform this type of work.
Note: If any document expires, the clearance will not be issued until the new document is submitted.
