Payment terms:Payment for the services rendered is made on the basis of the month, on the basis of an act of work signed on both sides, within 10 banking days from the date of invoice.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the statement of work in the procurement documentation. The mat replacement schedule is approved by the Customer before the conclusion of the contract and goes as an appendix to the contract.

Comments:
To conclude a contract you will need to provide the following documents:
1. Articles of association and memorandum of association (copies)
2. State registration certificate (copy)
3. Certificate of entry in the USRLE, issued by a tax office (INN and OGRN) (copy)
4. Extract from the USRLE issued by a tax office not earlier than 30 calendar days before its submission (copy)
5. Protocol of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the counterparty on the appointment of the director of the counterparty (with a signature sample.) Copy
6. Accounting statements form 1 and 2 for the last closed year Copy
7. Valid office lease agreement (with payment orders first and last under this agreement) Scan.
