Payment terms:
The payment for the Services rendered and accepted by the Customer is made with a delay of no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) invoices;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices.
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring promissory notes, etc.
The term and method of calculation are determined when signing the Contract.
Delivery terms:
The proposal must be accompanied by a Locally issued estimate for the execution of the work. The proposal must be submitted on the company's letterhead indicating:
- the full name of the organization;
- details and contact details: TIN, OGRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address, e-mail;
The proposal must be registered in accordance with the established procedure (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person and sealed.
