Ranking of bids

The organizer has the right to refuse to perform the request for proposals, as well as the complete request for proposals without the conclusion of a Treaty on this basis at any time, the organizer shall not reimburse the party costs incurred in connection with the preparation of the and participation in the procedure for requesting proposals.
