Dear Counterparty,

Pirelli Russia company represented by PK Kirov Tire LLC suggests taking part in the contractor selection procedure.

• Procedure conditions:

Counterparties participate in the procedure and submit their proposals within the framework of one stage, in real time, strictly within the time allotted for the relevant procedure.

The second stage of the procedure is possible in exceptional cases, without informing the procedure in advance.
Counterparties should build on notifications coming to their email address.

1. The terms and conditions for the provision of services (work), see the attached ToR. Dates can be changed by agreement with the Customer.
Price:

The cost of the work must be indicated without VAT. It is necessary to attach a quotation to the final price application on the official letterhead of the organization with the signature and seal of the authorized person. LLC PK Kirov Tire needs to be informed about subcontracting organizations. This can be done by sending a letter on the official letterhead of the company listing the names and TIN of subcontractors or this information can be indicated directly in the commercial proposal.
2. Correspondence is made with the contact persons indicated in the notice.
3. Corporate Responsibility Questionnaires:

You must complete and sign two documents in this procedure. If they are absent, they can be found in the profile of the organization PK Kirov Tire LLC. We pay special attention that commercial offers without properly executed questionnaires will not be considered.
We draw attention to the fact that preference is given to companies that offer the most favorable commercial conditions when choosing counterparties, including: price of goods, terms of payment, speed of delivery of goods or work (services). Submission of a commercial offer implies familiarization with and consent to the Documents laid out in the profile of PK Kirov Tire LLC (https://www.b2b-center.ru/firms/ooo-pk-kirov-tair/378625/):
1. Appendix "Requirements for contractors performing work on the territory of PK Kirov Tire LLC.
2. Pirelli company policies: "Sustainable Development Policy" and "Anti-Corruption".
3. Standard contract form;
