This request for proposals involves the collection of KP in the framework of bidding for ETP, the tender is not an offer, auction or tender and is not regulated by Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and is not a public tender and is not regulated by Article 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. It also involves the collection of KP with the subsequent protection of the project and budget, and only
then the tender process. Participants of this conference
the procedures will be invited to participate in the tender in the future.
