Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:the payment for the development of project documentation for a period of 60 days from the date of signing of the completed works. Advance equipment 50% within 10 days from the date of signing of the Act of acceptance of works done according to the design documentation, the remaining 50% upon delivery of the equipment to the customer's warehouse within 10 days. Final payment for the remaining work within 60 days from the date of signing of the completed works. Advance payment must be accompanied by a bank guarantee issued to the Bank-guarantor of the list of the top 20 on the net assets of Russian banks.
