LOADING A COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL IS MANDATORY. The agreement is strictly in the wording of PJSC "Uralkuz", the protocol of disagreements is not accepted, it is imperative to attach a commercial offer for the provision of services. Before the end of the bidding for the lot on the electronic trading platform B2B Mechel, the bidders participating in the bidding must submit to the person responsible for the procurement procedure the list of documents specified in clause 3.1. If the applicant does not provide the documentation listed in clause 3.1 in a timely manner, the organizer has the right not to consider him as an applicant.
