Contract performance security:
Подрядная организация, отвечающая предъявляемым требованиям в обязательном порядке,
производит ознакомление с объемами работ на площадке Заказчика, после чего предоставляет свои сметные расчеты по объемам прилагаемых ВД. Пункты с объемами работ в сметных расчетах должны быть привязаны к пунктам конкретных ВД.
Payment terms:
Recommended payment terms: for actually performed works the Customer pays no later than 45 calendar days after signing of acts of performed works and providing the original invoice);
Other payment terms: the contractor provides a bank guarantee for the advance payment.
Delivery terms:
The contracting authority shall provide:
• the application (Appendix 1) and the questionnaire (card of the enterprise) of the tender participant;
• copies of SRO for installation of equipment of chemical and oil refining industry;
• To confirm the presence of certified managers and specialists in the following areas: A.1, B.1.3, B.1.14, B.1.15, B.1.17, B.1.19, B.8.22, B.8.23, B.8.26, B.9.31, B.8.21;
• confirm the presence of personnel trained to carry out high-risk works (fire);
• confirm the presence of personnel trained in high-risk work (work at altitude);
• confirm the presence of personnel trained to carry out work of high risk (gas-hazardous);
• confirm the presence of (own or rented) certified NMC laboratories by types of control: RN control, CDS, VIC, ultrasonic control, as well as equipment, tools, certificates, verification certificates for the used devices necessary for the implementation of the whole range of works ( is confirmed by evidence);
• confirm that NACS welding certificates are available to the personnel;
• confirm the presence of certified welding technologies, certified welding equipment, welding (surfacing) materials;
• confirm the presence of PPE at employees;
• confirm the equipment of the tool, including the tool of small mechanization;
• confirm the presence of scaffolding;
• confirm the availability of lifting mechanisms;
• to confirm the existence of experience in similar types of work in the chemical industry
• confirm the presence of positive references (letters of feedback).
Comments: The commercial part shall include:
- commercial offer according to Annex 2, with the signature of the manager and the seal of the enterprise, or scanned copy, fax.
- calculations for performance of works are made in the budget and normative base of 2001 (ed. 2014) with
using collections of Territorial Unit Rates (TER-2001, ed. 2014) for the Voronezh region, collections of New technologies using indices for conversion to current prices by cost items ; $
- in case of absence of estimates and normative base TER-2001, ed. 2014. (for certain types of work) calculations are made using collections of Federal unit rates (FER-2001, ed. 2014) or the calculation of the price offer (calculation) is provided;
The technical part shall include:
- written confirmation of the fulfillment of the entire scope of work declared by the Customer;
- written confirmation of familiarization with the subject of the tender (familiarization with the scope of work on the site of the Customer, familiarization with the technical specifications, the draft contract and other documents explaining the subject of the tender and the terms of the contract);
- indication of the warranty period for the work performed (the recommended warranty period for all the work performed and the materials used in their carrying out are not less than 24 months).
Other conditions:
- if it is impossible to perform the work on its own in full, in the commercial offer it is obligatory to indicate the subcontractors involved, indicating the types of work;
- upon completion of the work the contractor shall issue the delivery documentation in accordance with paragraphs 191, 192, 193, 194 of the PNP "Industrial Safety Regulations of Hazardous Production Facilities at which equipment operating under overpressure shall be used."
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
