Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade Procurement System "B2V-Cordiant" on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and has the rights of the Participant Systems.
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, as well as a lowering ratio.
3) This request for proposals (prices) is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
4) If the contractor takes part in the bidding, then he agrees if declared the winner to conclude a contract on the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without minutes of disagreement and carry out services on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) The list of competitive documentation is indicated in the Application (attached)
6) The choice of the winner is made on the basis of a criterion
7) If the winner refuses delivery for any reason, the customer has the right to conclude a contract with the second highest priority participant (according to the criterion assessment).
