Payment terms:1) Payment of works under this Contract may be made by the Customer by transfer of bills to the Contractor. The Transfer of bills is carried out by the act of acceptance. From the moment the bill is transferred, the Customer is deemed to Have fulfilled his obligation to pay the work.
2. Payment for the performed works, made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) banking days after the signing of the acts on the performance of works.

The Contractor is obliged to perform the work on its own. Attraction of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
By Directing the offer (offer) the Contractor/Executor warrants that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer the Contractor is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period certified by the tax authority.
In the event that the tax reporting is absent or does not allow with sufficient certainty to ascertain the integrity of the Contractor, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of self-fulfillment by the Contractor including but not limited to: Extract from the staffing table with the application of copies of employment contracts of persons engaged for the performance of Works, information on the presence of property or on the right of lease: Office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment/tools/mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of not providing these documents, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
