Comments:
Necessary requirements for the Supplier.
1. Lack of lawsuits of the Participant of the procurement procedure for the amount of claims to the latter, exceeding 25% of the company's equity;
2. The period of state registration of a participant in the procurement procedure before submitting an application for participation in the procurement procedure must be at least one year.
3. TCH of the Participant must comply with the requirements of the Terms of Reference.
4. The participant must have special legal capacity in accordance with the current legislation related to the implementation of the activities provided for by the subject of procurement, including the necessary licenses for the performance of work or the provision of services, in the amount of work / services performed, namely, it must have membership in a self-regulatory organization (SRO ), required in accordance with the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation, giving the right to perform work on the subject of the contract.
5. A license to carry out design and installation works, and fire safety equipment for buildings and structures issued by the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Disaster Management. The validity period of the license should extend to the entire period of the contract.
6. The participant must confirm its consent to withholding by the customer of all the amounts payable for work performed under the contract, a guarantee retention of 5% of the amount payable until the signing of the final act of the contract (end of the warranty period), or provide a written confirmation of the bank's readiness to issue The Participant has a bank guarantee to ensure the performance of the obligations of the Participant under the agreement in the amount of the full amount of guarantee deductions.
7. The participant must make a trip to the place of work to evaluate technical solutions before submitting an application for participation in the procedure.
8. Proven work experience with Bolid and Orion missile defense systems for at least 3 years.
9. The guaranteed period of normal operation of the facility and its engineering systems, equipment, materials and work is set for a period of 12 months from the date of acceptance of the work performed.
10. The Participant’s revenue for the previous reporting period (year) must be not less than the contractual cost of the work, compiled according to the volumes specified in the Terms of Reference.
11. The presence of at least two employees trained in the specialty (maintenance and installation of security and fire alarms), having an electrical safety group of at least III (confirmed by copies of relevant documents).
12. In justification of the proposed cost of the work, it is mandatory to provide local estimates in the format of Excel and Grand Estimate. Estimated documentation for the implementation of construction and installation works should be carried out by the base-index method, in the territorial unit prices of the Krasnodar Territory using the appropriate estimated cost conversion indices (Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, or KCCS), relevant at the time of filing the documentation. The Contractor submits to the Customer for verification in the GRAND-Smeta PC a program file (file extension "xml") and in Microsoft Excel format. For all materials that are not in the regulatory framework of GRAND-Smeta, documents must be provided confirming the cost of such materials in the form of a commercial offer or price lists of the material supplier. Estimated documents in FER prices are allowed only if there are no prices in the TER database of the Krasnodar Territory, but with a conversion factor in TER or using the index to FER.

In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, your application for participation in the procurement procedure will be rejected.

The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for the selection of Suppliers by the Company and should not be considered as tendering in the sense of Articles 447–449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, nor is it a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
LLC Sanatorium Zapolyarye reserves the right at any time to refuse to continue carrying out this procurement procedure, to change the terms of its conduct, and also to refuse to conclude an agreement with the Supplier, the proposal of which was recognized as the best based on the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, the participant bears any expenses associated with participation in the procurement procedure on its own, the specified costs under no circumstances will be reimbursed by the Sanatorium Zapolyarye LLC.
