AvtoVAZ JSC invites you to participate in a tender No. 152 / B

Replacement of a pressure vessel reg.№45991 on the PPA system in the BB-DD / 9-11 axes. Case 64. XJF car manufacturing. Automated warehouse of components.

Scope of work:
- purchase and installation of a vertical apparatus with an elliptical bottom VEE1-1-3,2-1,6,
- pump station automation,
- reconstruction of the heating system of the pumping station,
- automatic fire extinguishing,
- electric installation work,
- construction works.

The tender procedure is carried out in 2 stages:
1. Prequalification of bidders (collection of Applications, documents of title and permits)
2. Collection of technical and commercial proposals (providing proposals, analysis, technical alignment, decision on nomination).

If desired, it is stated in the tender procedure that it is necessary to fill out and send the following documents:
1. Contractor profile,
2. The list of types of work (if not previously provided),
3. Reference list (with a depth of not more than 3 years),
4. Permits for work (available SRO, licenses, certificates, etc.)
All documentation must be attached to the application.

APPLICATION ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRICING !!! (the cost of work is provided within 2-3 cal. weeks from the date of collection of applications for participation in the tender, also within the specified time period UNACCREDITED at UEB AVTOVAZ JSC must submit documents according to the list attached to the tender documentation).

Requirements for bidders:
1. Performance of work in accordance with projects, terms of reference and estimates agreed upon with the Customer within the time agreed upon with the Customer.
2. Experience in the implementation of these works;
3. Willingness to start work before the conclusion of the Agreement from the moment of receipt of the Nomination Letter,
4. Consent to conclude a model contract as amended by PJSC AvtoVAZ;
5. The presence of their own certified and valid certificates for the performance of this type of work personnel;
6. Own material and technical base;
7. Warranty obligations for the work performed, the warranty period for continuous operation of materials, from the moment of the start of operation, must be not less than that of the manufacturer,
8. All work must be performed according to projects, technical specifications and estimates within the time agreed by the Customer.

The application is accepted until 12:00 on October 24, 2019 (Moscow time).

Documents submitted later will not be accepted for consideration.
