Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Reinforcement of the commercial offer is obligatory (uploaded template to the purchase documentation). The quotation must comply with the technical specification and contain the following information:
1. Name, location (for a legal entity), surname, first name, patronymic, place of residence (for a natural person), bank details of the Participant;
2. Manufacturer/Reseller;
3. Unit Price: The price should be specified in Russian rubles (specify with VAT or without VAT);
4. Delivery time;
5. Warranty period;
6. Payment Terms (Prepayment-Specify interim measures). The Recommended conditions of the RUSAGRO GC-100% deferred payment not earlier than 30 (thirty working days from the date of delivery (provision of services);
7. Date of preparation and validity of the offer (expiration not earlier than 1 month from the date of issue);
8. Acceptable amount of penalties (%) At violation of the term of performance of obligations;
9. The Proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
Also in KP It is necessary to specify that the supplied equipment is new. Not used, availability of documentation, including in the Russian language, the goods must be serial production, the original.

Also required to provide:
1. Schedule of equipment delivery and work execution.
2. Reference list (Work experience/similar works) by template (attached to purchase documentation)
3. Staffing, confirmation of the availability of material and technical resources for the performance of the contract in the form of help.
4. Extract from the SRO register.
5. Constituent documents, Standard list.
7. Accounting balance for the last 2 calendar years.
8. Estimated calculation in the carriers.
