Payment terms:
- preferred payment terms – 100% within 60 days after the equipment is put into operation;
- for all advance payments stipulated by the contract, it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee or other financial risk insurance instrument of the buyer;
- the final payment in the amount of at least 10% of the cost of the equipment must be made after signing the Act of commissioning the equipment with a limitation period of this payment in 6 months from the date of delivery, if the delay in commissioning was not the fault of the supplier;

Hereby the Department for Contracting Development Projects
METALLOINVEST Management Company LLC (hereinafter referred to as SDCs) invites your company to take part in a competitive Call for Bidding for flue (inert) gas production units (hereinafter referred to as Equipment) for the needs of Lebedinsky GOK JSC (Gubkin, Belgorod Region), part of METALLOINVEST Group of Companies.
The technical characteristics and completeness of the Equipment required for delivery are described in the attached OL stations of dosing chemicals (hereinafter referred to as OL) for the Call for Bidding of Equipment.
If you agree to participate in the competitive Call for Bidding procedure, please send it to our address no later than 01/31/2024 if possible (a_krivosheev@metalloinvest.com ) Technical and Commercial Proposals.
The Technical and Commercial Proposal for the supply of Equipment must contain the following information:
Commercial part:
• The price of the Equipment offered for delivery on the terms
DAP/DDR (Gubkin, Belgorod region), according to Incoterms-2010 in a complete set according to the customer's Requirements Specification;
• Equipment delivery time;
• Payment terms. If the terms of payment provide for advance payments, it is necessary to provide confirmation of the readiness to provide a bank guarantee for all payments provided for before the transfer of ownership of the Equipment to the Buyer;
• The cost and timing of installation supervision, commissioning, testing, training (the supplier offers the scope and schedule of services or the time period for the provision of services for approval by the Buyer);
Technical part:
• Description, operating principle, technical characteristics and complete set of Equipment offered for delivery;
• A separate list of supplies and services;
• Mechanical warranty for the Equipment (from the date of commissioning and from the date of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse);
• Technological guarantee (hourly technical performance, service life of quickly worn-out parts of Equipment, power consumption, etc.);
• Reference list of consumers to whom the proposed and similar equipment has been supplied over the past 10 years;
• Confirmation of compliance of the characteristics, completeness, scope of delivery, composition of the accompanying technical documentation with the requirements of the customer's OL (if the supplier is unable to fulfill any of the requirements of the customer's OL items, these items should be reflected in the supplier's proposal in a separate list);

The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal must be at least two months.
This volume of requirements for Technical and Commercial Proposals is minimal. In order to more fully cover the subject of the proposal, the Technical and Commercial Proposal may contain additional data and materials.
The information provided by you to participate in the competitive procedure is not disclosed to persons who are not related to the conduct of the competitive procedure, as well as to other Bidders.
