Comments:
An offer must contain the following information:
- full name of the Contractor;
- Taxpayer Identification Number;
- turnaround time;
- price offer for a set of works, according to this Terms of Reference, with the justification of the calculation of pricing;
- payment terms;
- warranty obligations.

Requests for clarification of documentation, selection procedures are submitted no later than 2 days before the deadline for applications.

If several stages are assigned in the procedure, please submit your proposal at each stage of the selection. Otherwise, proposals will not be considered.

ISO LLC has the right to refuse to participate in the Selection in the following cases:
- a commercial offer is received after a specified period;
- terms of the offer do not comply with the terms of the Invitation;
- a commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the proposal is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.

The selection will be held with mandatory rebidding.
