the date of signing of the Act of completed works COP-2, COP-
3 on the completion of the entire scope of work.
* - if
an Advance Payment is required for the performance of the work, the contractor is obliged to submit
the original of the Bank Guarantee for the refund of the advance
payment issued in favor of the Customer, with a validity period exceeding by 60 working days the term of
work on the objects to be repaired.
* - monthly, step-by-step payment is not allowed, i.e.
it is possible to pay individually/on-site.
Settlements during the execution of the contract are carried out through accounts opened in JSC
"Tolyattikhimbank".
