Payment terms:Покупатель производит авансовый платеж в размере 50% от общей стоимости продукции в течение 15 рабочих дней на основании полученного счета от поставщика. Окончательный расчет за поставленную продукцию осуществляется в течение 15 дней после поставки продукции на склад покупателя, к счету прилагаются счет-фактура и ТТН. Расчет производится в безналичном порядке путем перечисления д. ср. на р./сч. (в руб.)
Delivery terms:Поставка продукции осуществляется не позднее 30 дней с момента поступления предварительной оплаты на р./сч. Поставщика. Готовая продукция поставляется ж/д транспортом, в упакованном виде, в таре, обеспечивающей сохранность груза при перевозке и хранении. Стоимость транспортировки ж/д транспортом не включена в стоимость поставленной продукции. Транспортировка готовой продукции оплачивается заказчиком дополнительно по фактическим затратам. Поставка осуществляется в сроки и партиями взаимно согласованными Сторонами.
