| Delivery terms: | 1. Prices should be indicated on the terms of pick-up from the supplier's warehouse. In the cost of products transport costs do not lay. In the cost of products lay the manufacture of the crate (is a prerequisite).
Logistics calculations in-house from the Warehouse of the Supplier specified in the CP to the Buyer's warehouse, participants can output a separate line in an alternative CP, or in the form of KP attached to the current lot (not a prerequisite).
2. Specify the readiness period of the products for shipment and the shipping address.
3. Specify the product manufacturer. Specify product relation. If dealer or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
4. Attach the Declaration of Conformation/Certificate for the proposed products. When supplied complete with the cargo, there must be a passport and RE.
5. Specify the dimensions of each unit of product and general on request (mass, volume).
6. Products should be new, not used. Products must comply with the technical specifications;
7. At shipment, a packing list must be attached to each cargo place according to the form established by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo area.
8. Warranty terms at the TMC must begin to operate at least from the date of receipt of the goods in the port of Magadan. The best option is from the date of receipt of the TMC by the customer or from the moment of commissioning of the TMC (one of the proposed options is mandatory). Specify.
Winner selection criteria:
1. Readiness period of products for shipment.
2. Attitude of participant to products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
3. The lowest cost of the transaction taking into account the price on the terms of pickup (specified in the CP) and the transport component from the Warehouse of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse (port of St. Magadan).
4. Providing a full package of documents specified in the conditions to the procedure.
