Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. Payment terms:
The Buyer undertakes to pay the Supplier money in the amount of 100% (one hundred) of the cost of this batch of goods within no later than 15 (fifteen) working days upon shipment after providing the shipping documents.
Delivery terms:
1. Prices should be indicated on the terms of pickup from the supplier's warehouse. Do not include transportation costs in the cost of products. The cost of production should include the manufacture of a crate (it is a prerequisite).
Participants can display logistics calculations on their own from the Supplier's warehouse specified in the KP to the Buyer's warehouse in a separate line in an alternative KP, or in the KP form attached to the current lot (this is not a mandatory condition).
2. Specify the time when the products are ready for shipment and the shipping address.
3. Specify the product manufacturer. Specify the relationship to the product. If a dealer or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
4. Attach the Declaration of Conformity/Certificate for the offered products. When delivered, a passport and a RE must be included with the cargo.
5. Specify the dimensions of each unit of production and the total according to the application (weight, volume).
6. The products must be new, not used. The products must comply with the technical task;
7. When shipping, a packing list must be attached to each cargo place in the form established by the Buyer. Before sending, you must send a photo of each cargo place.
8. The warranty period for the goods and materials must begin to operate at least from the date of receipt of the goods in the port of Magadan. The best option is from the date of receipt of the goods and materials by the customer or from the moment of putting the goods and materials into operation (one of the proposed options is mandatory). Point out.
Criteria for selecting the winner:
1. The period of product readiness for shipment.
2. The participant's attitude to the product (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
3. The lowest transaction cost, taking into account the price on the terms of pickup (specified in the KP) and the transport component from the Supplier's warehouse to the Buyer's warehouse (port of Magadan).
4. Provision of a full package of documents specified in the conditions for the procedure.
5. Approval of the proposed products by the Customer/ compliance of technical parameters with the terms of the TOR.
