Payment terms:
Advance payment in the amount not exceeding 25% of the total value of a batch of the products is allowed after the specifications are signed. Final payment in the amount of 75% shall be made within 10 banking days upon delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse. 100% postpayment.
Comments: 1) When submitting a commercial offer, it is required to specify the manufacturer; 2) The documents to be obligatorily submitted: commercial offer, quality certificate, certificate confirming the supplier's relation to the products (if any). 3. The products shall be new, not used, produced not earlier than 6 month after presentation of the technical and commercial offer; 4) 2 days prior to the scheduled shipment date, it is required to fill out a packing list (see the purchase documentation for reference) and send it to the Customer via e-mail, the photos of the package units shall be uploaded. 5) The price of the goods shall include the cost of delivery of to the Buyer's warehouse. 6) Certificates of conformity, product certificates and quality certificates shall be submitted along with the products. 7) Criteria for selection of the best proposal: quality, delivery term, price, payment conditions, experience. 8) This request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; 9) This procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this request for proposals does not impose the corresponding volume of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
