Delivery terms:Delivery by delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The delivery date of the corresponding batch of goods is the date when the Supplier transfers the entire batch of goods to the Buyer in the Buyer's warehouse. Taking into account the fact of further transportation of Goods to the regions of the Far North to the Object, the packaging of the cargo arriving in a container should ensure the safety of the cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo processing. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96

Comments:
1) Spare parts of the original factory production, according to the request
2) Mandatory loading of the following documents: a commercial offer in the form (see the procurement documentation), a certificate confirming the relationship to the product. Certificate for the product.
3) The products must be new, not used.
4) The product must be accompanied by: a certificate of quality of the product/passport.
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
6) This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
7) This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this procedure for requesting an offer does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer
8) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out a packing list (see the example of filling in the procurement documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send a copy to the Customer by e-mail.
9) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 " Products sent to the regions of the far north and areas equated to them. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96 "Marking of goods").
