Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
full calculation within 45 calendar days after fulfillment of obligations on delivery of goods and receipt by the buyer of Primary (shipping) Documents
Delivery terms:
delivery is carried out within 30 calendar days, in the period from 01.06.2019 to 31.12.2019, according to the preliminary request of the buyer. Delivery is carried out by the supplier's forces and means.
Transportation costs should be included in the cost of production on the basis of the delivery DDP-G. Kogalym (transportation costs are not reimbursed).
Comments: prices are non-VAT inclusive of transportation costs.
1. The products must be new (the official confirmation must be loaded on the ETP).
2. Participation:
- Manufacturers of the requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (obligatory granting of confirming certificates, certificates, official letters of the manufacturer about granting of authority for realization of the requested production);
3. The criteria for evaluating proposals would be:
- Fulfillment of all stated requirements;
- Price of the offer;
- Participant status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Terms of delivery of products;
- Fixing the price for the whole period of delivery from the moment of participation in the procedure till the moment of transfer of the goods at the customer's warehouse (the official confirmation must be loaded on the ETP).
4. Delivery of products in accordance with the stated requirements.

1. Scanned copy of the commercial offer with indication of prices, terms and conditions of delivery, certified by the signature and seal of the company;
2. List of constituent documents required for the conclusion of the contract (the list is enclosed in the enclosed file);
