Payment terms:
The Buyer shall transfer the money to the Supplier’s settlement account according to the following procedure: 100% within 60 calendar days from the date of products receipt at the Buyer’s warehouse. Transportation costs shall be included into the cost of the products.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: Q4, 2016. Supplier shall deliver the goods to the Buyer's warehouse by himself and at his own expense. Be sure to provide a quality passport or another document certifying the quality of the goods when the item becomes available. The supplied products shall be new, not restored. When the goods are being shipped, the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending the goods by the Carrier.
