Comments:
1. IF THE SUPPLIER VIOLATES THE DELIVERY DEADLINE FOR SEVERAL APPLICATIONS, THE CURRENT CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED, AND THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE STOP LIST FOR ALL SUBSEQUENT TENDERS OF GLOBAL FLEET LLC.

2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS FOR DELIVERY:
- experience in the supply of similar items to the addresses of shipping companies in the territory of the Russian Federation.

3. IMPORTANT!!! The expected volume of consumption is included in the procurement documentation for this request for proposals (its full sample is not guaranteed, it may also be exceeded). At the same time, the cost must be formed from the calculation of the supply of a unit of one product name from the proposed list. The delivery will be carried out according to the current ship's requests, during the declared half-year.

4. It is necessary to pay special attention to the fact that the storage of volumes for the future at the customer is unacceptable. In addition, the cost must include delivery to the address specified in this request for proposals.

5. Acceptance of MTS from the Supplier at the address stated in the request will be carried out by a representative of Global Fleet LLC in the Volga-Caspian region. The name of the representative organization, as well as its powers, will be reflected in the delivery contract.

6. The planned period for concluding the supply contract is November 2022 - January 2023 with price fixing until the end of the contract.

7. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

8. The participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form before the envelopes are opened.

9. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER indicating the delivery date, as well as signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In the commercial offer, it is mandatory to display the details of the proposed names, indicating the technical characteristics and the application of certificates.

10. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
