Comments:
1. IF THE SUPPLIER BREACHES THE DELIVERY DEADLINE, THE CURRENT CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED AND THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED ON THE STOP LIST FOR ALL SUBSEQUENT TENDERS BY GLOBAL-FLOT LLC.

2. The MTS from the Supplier will be accepted by the representative of Global-Flot LLC in the Volga-Caspian region. The name of the representative organization, as well as its authority, will be reflected in the contract of delivery.

3. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

4. Participants in this procedure MUST attach the Applicant Questionnaire and the documents according to the questionnaire before opening the envelopes.

5. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER indicating the delivery date, as well as signed by the authorized person and certified with the seal of the participating organization of this procedure. The offer should necessarily display the detail of the proposed names, with specifications and certificates attached.

6. If a participant fails or improperly complies with this requirement, the Procedure Organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's proposal.
Vendor offer expires at least 30 days.

Note: This Request for Proposals is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
