Comments:
The prerequisite for participating in the request for proposals and entering into a supply contract is either the manufacturer status or the existing dealership authority with the manufacturing plants. Verification of vendor status is required immediately after the request is completed, and the relevant documents are provided electronically.
1. Conclusion of the contract only in the standard version of Yuzhny Kuzbass, without a record of disagreements (SEE ATTACHMENT).
2. Compulsory attach to the system a certificate of conformity, authorization of use, dealer certificate, commercial offer, delivery date and payment terms, reference list!
3. Product release year not earlier than 2014!
4. Quantity can be changed if orders change.
5. Please note that this request is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.

For Members who have pre-registered for the System but have not received EDS and have not paid for membership in the System, there is an option for the Promoter to upload bids by the Inquiry Organizer to price on behalf of the Member . It is mandatory to have three documents:
- Offers (offer) certified by the authorized person's signature and the organization's seal;
- Document establishing the right to act on behalf of the Member (e.g., power of attorney);
- Letter withholding further claims on the occasion that the offer is not tendered by the Participant (in free form on the company letterhead signed by the authorized person).
