In case of an advance payment of more than 1,000,000 rubles including VAT, the Supplier / Contractor must provide a bank guarantee in a bank from the Top 10 based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. For confirmation, it is necessary to support a letter from the bank about the readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of the advance payment.
