The commercial offer must specify:
- The price of one unit with delivery;
- If an analogue is offered, you must specify the manufacturer, catalog number and name for each item in the appropriate fields on the site. Offers without this data will not be considered;
- Delivery time;
- Payment terms;
- The validity period of the offer;
- Readiness to work under the standard contract of Rusagro Group of Companies;
- Warranty period;
- The possibility of providing interim measures (bank guarantee) in the event that the commercial offer provides for a partial or full prepayment. In the case of an advance payment of more than 1,000,000 RUB incl. VAT Supplier/Contractor must provide a bank guarantee with a top-10 bank based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. For confirmation, you must confirm a letter from the bank stating that you are ready to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of the advance payment.
