The winner is determined taking into account the payment terms provided, as well as with the condition of compliance with all the criteria of the procedure. The organizer of the procedure has the right to prevent the company from entering the next stage of the procedure if non-compliance with the criteria of the procurement procedure is detected.
If necessary, an additional stage may be carried out.
The purpose of the competition is to obtain final proposals with the lowest possible final cost. The decision to choose the winner is made based on the results of comparing the essential terms of commercial offers, taking into account the technical conclusion of the Customer, warranty developments and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding the participants.
These conditions of this competition are essential and may have a decisive influence on the choice of the winner.
It is allowed to submit proposals for selective positions
The volume specified in the request can be adjusted at the discretion of the Customer.
It is possible to select several winners within the same purchase.
Venue of bidding:
