Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

Auto-extension

Payment terms:1.The Buyer undertakes to pay the Supplier money in the amount of 100% (one hundred) of the cost of this batch of goods within no later than 10 (ten) working days upon shipment after the submission of shipping documents.

Delivery terms:1. Prices should be indicated on the terms of pickup from the supplier's warehouse. Do not include transportation costs in the cost of products. In the cost of production to lay the manufacture of crates (is a prerequisite).

Logistics calculations on their own from the Supplier's warehouse specified in the KP to the Buyer's warehouse can be displayed by participants in a separate line in an alternative KP, or in the KP form attached to the current lot (not a prerequisite).

2. Specify the period of readiness of the products for shipment and the shipping address.

3. Specify the manufacturer of the product. Specify the relation to the product. If a dealer or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.

4.Attach the Declaration of Conformity/Certificate for the offered products. When delivered, a passport and a RE must be included with the cargo.

5. Specify the dimensions of each unit of production and the total according to the application (weight, volume).

6. The products must be new, not used. The products must comply with the terms of reference;

7. When shipping, a packing list must be attached to each cargo place in the form specified by the Buyer. Before shipping, it is necessary to send a photo of each cargo space.

8. The warranty period for the goods and materials must begin to operate at least from the date of receipt of the goods in the port of Magadan. The best option is from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer or from the moment of putting the goods into operation (one of the proposed options is mandatory). Point out.

p 9. Criteria for selecting the winner:

1. The lowest cost of the transaction, taking into account the price on the terms of pickup (specified in the KP) and the transport component from the Supplier's warehouse to the Buyer's warehouse (port of Magadan).
2. Approval of the proposed products by the Customer/ compliance of technical parameters with the terms of the TOR.
3.The period of readiness of products for shipment.
4. The attitude of the participant to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Provision of a complete package of documents specified in the conditions for the procedure.
