Payment terms:The Buyer pays the cost of the goods to the Supplier within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. In connection with the establishment of a single payment day for the Buyer – Thursday, the Parties hereby agreed that all payments due to the Supplier under the terms of this Agreement will be made on the Thursday following the last day of the payment deadline, and this will not be a violation of the payment deadline.

- Acceptance of the payment terms specified in the request
- Warranty period;
