Comments:
The commercial offer must indicate:
- Delivery time of spare parts in calendar days from the date of application;
- Payment terms;
- Deadline of the commercial offer;
- Readiness to work under the standard contract of Rusagro Group;
- Warranty period;
- Warehouse addresses;
- Term of price fixing;
- Possibility of providing interim measures (bank guarantee) if the commercial offer provides for partial or full prepayment. In case of advance payment more than 1 000 000 RUB with VAT The supplier/Contractor must provide a bank guarantee in the bank from the Top 10 based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. For confirmation, it is necessary to support a letter from the bank about readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of advance payment.
It is necessary to attach a copy of the documents specified in the request to the offer.
Algorithm of actions in case of reasonable doubts about the fairness of the tender:
Ask for clarification from the Rusagro employee who initiated the bidding (Section 7 of this KP Request).
