Auto-extension

Payment terms:Non-cash payment in the order of 100% upon delivery with a deferred payment of at least 30 banking days, a longer deadline for payment is welcome, payment days are Tuesday / Thursday.
In the event of a prepayment claim, a bank guarantee is required for one of the TOP-10 banks for the amount of the prepayment
Delivery terms:Delivery to the buyer's warehouse and pickup from the supplier’s warehouse at the request of the buyer during 2020.

Comments:
Commercial proposal shall specify:
- The delivery time of spare parts in calendar days from the date of application;
- Payment terms;
- Commercial proposal validity period;
- Readiness to cooperate under a standard contract of GK Rusagro;
- Warranty period;
- Warehouse addresses
- A bid security (bank guarantee) may be required in case the commercial proposal implies an advance payment (in full or partly). In case an advance payment exceeds RUB 1 000 000 (incl. VAT) the Supplier/ Contractor shall provide a bank guarantee at a bank included in Top-10 according to a ranking by the Russian Central Bank. A letter from a bank confirming availability of a bank guarantee amounting to the advance payment shall be provided.
It is necessary to attach to the proposal copies of the documents specified in the request.
The offered prices are fixed until 30.06.2020.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
