Payment terms:Deferred payment within 60 days from the date of delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse or other payment terms agreed by the parties additionally. In case of an upfront payment, the Supplier is obliged to submit an irrevocable bank guarantee in the amount not less than the amount of the prepayment issued by banks included in the rating of the fifty largest banks Russia or international banks, with a rating not lower than BB+/Vaa2.
Delivery terms:Delivery of goods is carried out by the Supplier to the Buyer Shipping costs are included in the price of the goods. The date of delivery is the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the goods invoice (TRAG-12) in the Buyer's warehouse Delivery time: minimum, according to requests. The goods supplied must be new, not recovered. Other terms of delivery are agreed by the parties additionally.

Comments:
1. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - loading of a commercial offer (offer) signed by the authorized person and the seal of the organization (please submit an offer on the Offer form+Appendix №1 of the procurement documentation).
2. PAY ATTENTION! In the event that products of a different manufacturer (not original) or with a different catalog number are offered for delivery, the commercial offer shall necessarily indicate the name of the manufacturer and modified catalogue number. Also, the offer must be attached a letter signed by the head of the enterprise, in which the participant confirms the similarity of the offered products to the original.
3. The validity period of the offer (offer) must be at least 60 calendar days from the date of its submission.
4. One important criterion for evaluating the offer is the deferral of payment. The preferred deferral period is 60 or more days from the date of delivery.
5. A mandatory requirement for all participants is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods. The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a contract of standard delivery (Appendix №2). In the event of contradictions, the participant, until the end of the procurement procedure attaches to the ETP or sends a protocol of disagreement to the organizer of the procedure to the draft agreement. Confirmation of the status of the supplier is necessary immediately after the end of the request with the provision of the relevant documents

7. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice about the competition or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse the received proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
8. 9. Place of procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form at the B2B-Center ETP group (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed by electronic digital signature. After carrying out the procedures of recorder - proposals for additional change of the price offer are not accepted for consideration.
