Comments: 1. This competitive procedure for the selection of the Supplier is directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which does not is an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without giving any reason whatsoever, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to select several winners by dividing the delivery of goods at its own discretion and without explanation between several potential participating suppliers competitive procedure.
3. The standard contract is sent for signature to the Winner (s), determined (s) during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is held by the Organizer of the Competition Procedure after the end of this procedure for B2B-Center electronic trading platform.
4. The Organizer sends the template of a standard contract to interested potential suppliers upon additional request
5. The Participant of this procedure shall send a Commercial Proposal according to the standard form of the Procedure Organizer.
6. Organization/documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant does not complying with the requirements of this competitive procedure.
The commercial offer must specify:
- The price of one unit with delivery;
- If an analogue is offered, you must specify the country, manufacturer and catalog number (article) for each item. If this information is not available, KP is not

- The validity period of the offer;
