Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The commercial offer must specify:
- The price of one unit with VAT and delivery;
- If an equivalent is offered, it is necessary to specify the manufacturer, name and catalog number of the equivalent for each item;.
Equivalents of other manufacturers are allowed for subsequent competitive bidding processes only after testing with positive results.

For confirmation, it is necessary to back up a letter from the bank about its readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of the advance payment.
