Payment terms:Suggested Payment Terms. The Buyer makes payment by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% payment within 60 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods at the Buyer's warehouse. Shipping costs must be included in the lot price.
Delivery terms:within 60 (thirty) calendar days upon signing the contract and specification In the commercial offer to specify the date of actual execution. The Supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. Quality certificate or another document certifying the quality of the products shall be produced when the supplied item becomes available. The supplied item shall be new and not restored. When the goods are being shipped, the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: Invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the dispatch of goods through the Carrier.

Participants of the competition should provide: Commercial offer; Manufacturer's or dealer's certificate; Certificate of Conformity for the given products, the list of constituent documents. Applications of suppliers having the whole lot nomenclature are accepted For consideration. The offer should be Valid for at least 3 months. Participation of the supplier in the competition means acceptance of the terms of delivery, standard contract form and specification. Dispatch through transport companies (Azimuth, Stel, Energy, Delu Line and DR) to art. Tynda. Please note that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 - 1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
