If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Buyer pays for the received goods in the amount of 100% of the value of the goods within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signature of the consignment note/waybill and the Act on the completion of commissioning works, provided Absence of claims on quality, quantity, completeness, complete set of the delivered goods and on condition of receipt by the buyer duly executed in the name of the buyer of the account, the original of the contract and specification. In case of violation of the aforementioned conditions of submission of documents payment of goods is carried out within 30 days from the date of transfer of all the above documents to the buyer.

(The supplier delivers the goods to the buyer (consignee) to the place of delivery at his own expense. Shipping cost included in the price of the goods)

Comments:
settlement of the contract is carried out with the use of Settlement accounts opened by the parties in the "Lanta-bank" (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, the participant of the "Request for proposals" procedure, recognized by the winner of the "Request for proposals" procedure, shall, within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, open a current account in "Lanta-bank" (JSC) for Purposes
