Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Advance payment is not applicable. Payment for the delivery of goods to the Supplier is made by the Buyer within 45 (forty-five) - 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the Waybill for the delivery of goods.
Delivery terms:Delivery time is determined by agreement of the parties. The procurement participant must indicate the specific delivery time of the goods from the moment of conclusion of the contract (10 days / 30 days, etc.). The ability to deliver goods as soon as possible after the conclusion of the contract is an advantage for the supplier when choosing the winner of the purchase

Indication of the manufacturer of the goods in the application is mandatory
The application must provide a passport or certificate of goods
If the supplier of goods is a dealer of the manufacturer, a dealer agreement must be submitted as part of the application.
In the event that the product is subject to certification or declaration in the system of SFMS as part of the application, it is necessary to provide certified copies of the relevant certificates (declarations).
If the organization has a quality management system in the application, it is necessary to submit the relevant documents

The provision of a product warranty is mandatory (the warranty period must be indicated in the proposal)

The price of the delivered products in the proposal should be indicated taking into account delivery to the buyer in Russian rubles, excluding VAT.

The offer must be valid within 45 calendar days after the completion of trading on the electronic trading platform.
