- If the participant is not a manufacturer (certificates of the official dealer, the certificate of the general dealer; Certificate of official representative, dealer; original letter from the manufacturer with the authority to implement its products);
- Results of the customer's contract review.
2. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Compliance of the proposals with the customer's technical specification (annex 1);
- Offer price;
- Participant status (manufacturer, dealer, supplier with warehouse);
- Agreement of delivery contract on the customer's form.
3. Partial price of the lot is allowed.
4. It is allowed to provide analogues of products, if there are technical justifications.
5. This notice is not an announcement of the tender and has no relevant legal consequences. The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the request for proposals at any time, without incurring any liability to the participants.
6. The customer reserves the right to adjust the physical volumes of delivery until the conclusion of the contract and during the period of its validity, as well as additional purchases from claimed volume.
