Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

1. It is obligatory to attach the Commercial offer in electronic form, the commercial proposal must indicate the price with VAT, terms of shipment / delivery, payment terms, country of origin of the goods, warranty for the goods and all contact information about the supplier
2. Products shall be new, unused
3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, deferred payment, experience with the supplier.
4. Indicate the attitude of the supplier to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, authorized dealer). Confirm the specified information.
