Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Buyer subject to receipt from the Supplier of a duly executed invoice in the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100%, of the cost of the Goods is paid by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer and the signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of the Goods or other document confirming the acceptance of the Goods.

The delivery is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier, the goods must be new, not used.
