6. Organization / documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without giving reasons and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, as not complying with the requirements of this competitive procedure.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
- Price for one unit with delivery;
- If an analogue is offered, you must specify the country, manufacturer and catalog number (article) for each item. In the absence of this information, the commercial proposal is not considered
- Delivery time;
- Payment terms;
- Commercial proposal validity period;
