• Availability of a certificate of an official dealer or partner of the manufacturer;
• Execution of operational orders no more than 5 days;
• Experience in performing similar work.
• Only original spare parts;
• Payment term 60 days 80% upon signing the act of sale on the last day of the month of sale, the remaining 20% of the cost of work / delivered goods is reserved and paid within 10 calendar days after the occurrence of one of the following events (performing one of the following actions), depending on what happens earlier (but, in any case, not earlier than payment of 80% of the cost of the work performed / delivered goods:
1) The contractor / supplier provided the customer / buyer with a copy of the VAT declaration file (including the section "Information from the sales book ...") submitted by him to the tax authority in electronic form, and a copy of the tax authority's notification about entering the information specified in the tax declaration (calculation) in electronic form (confirming the absence of errors and contradictions in the declaration file). The declaration must contain the relevant invoices under this agreement and meet the current requirements for the procedure for filling it out and the format for submission in electronic form. The files are sent by the contractor / seller to the customer / buyer by e-mail:… (address);
2) The tax authority, following the results of a desk audit of the VAT declaration to the customer / buyer, did not refuse to deduct the VAT amounts on the corresponding invoices. "


Required documents:
1. Extract from the USRLE
2. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
4. Certificate of registration of legal entity with the tax authorities
5. Certificate of the official dealer or partner of the manufacturer.
6. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.
7. Articles of Association
8. Power of attorney or decision of the founders, for the head, for the right to sign.
9. Financial statements for the last reporting period.
10. Commercial offer signed and stamped.
11. Participant's questionnaire (attached).

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
