Payment terms:
100% extension of payment upon delivery of the products. Preferred term of extension - minimum 60 days after the supply date. The price excluding VAT shall be specified, including the cost of transportation and other expenses related to the delivery of cargo to the destination. Payment for the products shall be carried out in non-cash form by means of transferring of monetary funds to the Supplier's settlement account. Payment currency - Russian rubles.
The Buyer shall made payments for the products on the basis of the results of acceptance on condition that the Supplier provides the original documents confirming the quality of the products, the consignment notes and the invoices following the results of acceptance and executed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
Delivery terms:
Note: essential condition of supply. The Supplier of spare parts under Sub-Paragraphs 26, 27, 28, 29 shall provide for supervised-installation works for installation of spare parts with adjustment of hydraulic system. The cost of supervised installation works shall be included in the cost of the specified spare parts. Supply periods: Q3-4 2016 (the supply schedule shall be specified in the Statement of work).
The products shall be accompanied with all necessary documents confirming the quality and the origin.

Simultaneously with submission of a bid, it is required to provide the documents specified in the Procurement Documents.
Please, note! If the products produced by another manufacturer (non-original) or under another catalog number, please, the commercial offer shall contain the details on the manufacturer and the modified catalog number. Also, the letter signed by the enterprise's CEO shall be attached to the offer, in which the bidder shall confirm authenticity of the proposed products as compared to the original products.
Offer validity period shall be at least 60 calendar days after it has been provided.
One of the main criteria for assessment of the bid is the extension of payment. Preferred extension period - 60 days and over after the supply date.
Mandatory requirement for all participants - certificates confirming quality and origin. The company that has been declared the winner of the procedure shall enter into the supply agreement with PAO Southern Kuzbass as worded by PAO Southern Kuzbass (Attachment No. 7). In case of discrepancies, the bidder shall attach the statement of disagreements along with the draft agreement with PAO Southern Kuzbass to the marketplace or to send them to the organizer of the procedure.
