IT IS MANDATORY TO PRESCRIBE THE FULL/DETAILED NAME OF THE POSITIONS IN THE KP.
1) It is necessary to attach the Commercial Offer (CP) electronically. Quotations without an attached KP will be considered last.
2) When issuing a CP, the following information must be indicated:
- Separately the cost for the goods and separately the cost for delivery (including taxation);
- Payment terms;
- Delivery dates;
- Certificates of conformity;
- Guarantee.
3) The product must be new, not used;
4) The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, passport, document confirming
quality;
5) Packing list must be filled in before shipment (see the example of filling in the purchasing house
documentation), stick the packing list on the package with the goods, send copies of documents to the customer by e-mail.
6) Participation in the tender means acceptance of the contract form of the buyer.
Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 GK RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
