Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
In case of concluding an agreement with a SME entity: Payment to Supplier
is made upon delivery within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Consignee of documents confirming receipt of the Products (certificates of receipt and transfer of the Products, or delivery notes (TORG-12), or universal transfer documents (UPD)), provided that the Products are delivered in good quality and in proper completeness (confirmed by a positive Act of incoming control).
In case of concluding a contract with a sole supplier organization
industry (without price limits) or with a contract price of up to 5 million rubles. with VAT (inclusive): Payment for the Products is made to the Supplier upon
deliveries within 30 calendar days from the date of acceptance by the Consignee of the Act of Acceptance of Products in quantity, quality and completeness after receiving the Products of good quality and in proper completeness.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
