Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Preferred terms of payment for the delivered products: Upon delivery, within 80 calendar days from the date of signing the consignment note by the Buyer, subject to the availability of properly issued original invoice and consignment note (TORG-12) of the Supplier for the cost of the delivered batch of products.

The participant must independently undergo accreditation in the supplier base of PJSC "Unipro" on the official website of the company: http://www.unipro.energy/purchase/accreditation/.

This RFQ does not constitute a bidding (tender, auction)according to articles 447 – 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or public tender according to articles 1057 - 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, or other regulated procurement procedure (procurement method), stipulated by the Russian laws.
Bidding organizer has the right to refuse from holding the RFQ or to terminate it without conclusion of the contract based on its results at any time, and the bidding organizer shall not refund participant's expenses incurred by him while preparing and participating in the RFQ. Bidding organizer has the right to amend the Announcement and Documentation, as well to extend the period (date and/or time) for submission of Proposals.
