Payment terms:In case of entering into an agreement with a SME entity: Payment to the Supplier
made upon delivery within 30 calendar days from the date of the signing by the Consignee of the documents confirming the receipt of the Products (Delivery-Acceptance Acts of the Products, or waybills (TORG-12), or universal transfer documents (DLC)), subject to delivery of the Products of adequate quality and in proper completeness (confirmed by the positive Act of input control).
In the case of a contract with a single supplier organization
branches (without price limit) or with a contract price of up to 5 million rubles. with VAT (inclusive): Payment for the Products shall be made to the Supplier upon delivery.
